MRO is seeking an ROI Specialist to provide on-site support for Release of Information requests at client sites across the United States. The role involves reviewing requestor information to determine records for release, data entry into ROI On-Line, and responding to inquiries by phone or walk-ins.
Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED and experience with data entry, HIPAA guidelines, and customer service. Prior ROI experience in healthcare is a plus.
The ROI Specialist is responsible for providing support at a specified client site for the Release of Information (ROI) requests for patient medical record requests*.
