Olly Olly is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to lead and optimize Google PPC, LSA, and Meta campaigns for a portfolio of small business clients. You will evaluate performance, propose actionable improvements, and help drive measurable ROI with a data-driven approach.

You will manage client relationships, conduct regular reviews, and collaborate with Account Managers to adjust budgets and strategies. This remote-friendly role emphasizes results and long-term client growth.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to create, manage and optimize Google PPC and LSA campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager for Facebook/Instagram campaigns.
• Familiarity with PMAX, analytics tools and KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions).
• Conduct landing page reviews and UX audits to boost conversions.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to adjust budgets and strategies.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and optimize Google PPC, LSA, PMAX and Meta campaigns for small-to-medium home services clients.
• Evaluate campaign setups and performance to ensure alignment with client goals.
• Provide strategic insights on keywords, audiences, and competitive positioning.
• Report monthly on CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversions; propose high-level optimizations.
• Guide discussions on creative direction and advertising best practices.
