Job summary

Acuity International is seeking a Roi-Namur-based Security Checkpoint Lieutenant to lead small guard teams and assume higher-responsibility roles. The role involves managing personnel and overseeing access control operations in a high-security environment.

Qualifications include U.S. citizenship, 21+ years of age, an active U.S. Secret Clearance, and at least 3 years in security management. You must obtain the USAKA B Boat certification within 30 days. ASIS CPP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have an active U.S. Secret Clearance.
• Minimum 3 years of security management experience in supervisory and/or management roles.
• Must obtain USAKA “B” Boat certification NLT 30 days after assuming duties.

Responsibilities

• Handles all personnel and visitors arriving to or departing from Roi-Namur by marine vessels.
• Supervises small groups of guards.
• Supervises small group of Local National (LN) Access Control Officers.
• Ensures adequate manning is provided during mission activities.
• Ensures that all assigned guard posts are staffed, monitoring performance of assigned guard force personnel.
• Ensures that all guard personnel are aware of and abide by all Post and general orders.
