The International AntiCounterfeiting Coalition Inc. (IACC) seeks a RogueBlock Program, Lead Assistant for its Washington, DC location.

Duties

Perform data entry and analysis for the IACC RogueBlock Program. Check source data to verify completeness and accuracy, and process data accurately and efficiently. Update the data portal to reflect complaints statuses, analyze data, and report trends relevant to individual participants and overall program operations via charts and graphs for the Program Director. Monitor complaint status and escalate participants’ issues as needed. Operate online undercover operations in support of financial investigations of intellectual property violations. Develop and maintain relationships with external consultants to ensure effective collaboration and alignment with organizational goals. Review information provided by consultants and collaborate with internal teams to enter and analyze data. Employ knowledge of credit card payment systems, including payment processing, gateway processing, and merchant and acquiring banks roles. Collaborate with payment partners to analyze large financial information datasets using current software tools, both in a localized environment and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). Train new analysts, new payment partner personnel, and new participants. Maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to standardize processes, improve efficiency, and ensure consistency in operations. Provide ongoing support and guidance to new hires, serving as a resource for questions related to SOPs, workflows, and operational procedures. Conduct comprehensive training sessions for new participants to familiarize them with the functionalities and features of the in-house portal, enabling them to navigate the platform proficiently. Provide program and operational support to the Program Director. Maintain and organize program-related files and documents. Compile statistics from source materials and provide accurate and relevant statistics related to our programs for various purposes. Create internal and external reporting to synthesize complex payment system enforcement metrics for program participants and external partners. Drive ad hoc program analytical/statistical research projects. Work with the Program Director to develop and maintain the IACC RogueBlock portal, ensuring alignment with operational goals and user needs. Design and implement new features and enhancements to improve portal functionality and user experience. Contribute to the strategic planning and road-mapping of the portal’s future development.

Qualifications

Requirements: Must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Statistics, Business Analytics, Commerce, or a related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or as a Program Analyst or a related role.

Full term of required experience must include: Utilizing knowledge of Intellectual Property regulations globally, including IP regulations in the U.S., China, SE Asia, the EU Economic Zone, and Latin America; Analyzing large datasets using current software tools (including Excel), both in a localized environment and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS); Creating internal and external reporting to synthesize complex IP enforcement metrics for program participants and external partners; Utilizing skills related to online marketplaces and websites to monitor and report counterfeiting; and Facilitating training for new program participants and new analysts, equipping them with anticounterfeiting skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
