The role emphasizes customer experience, staff development, and adherence to store procedures; reports to the Store Manager. Location: USA – Beverly Hills, CA. Salary range $100,000–$110,000 with comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Own client data and analytics for North America and support client advisors to drive sales.
• Identify and implement strategies to achieve and exceed business goals.
• Monitor sales floor and zone coverage to drive sales and maintain customer focus.
• Supervise and develop Client Advisors, Cashiers & Support Staff; train and coach.
• Ensure compliance with store procedures and keep logs and manuals current.
