Job summary

Four Seasons Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking an experienced Drain Technician in Elgin, IL. This position offers stability, growth, and pride in delivering great customer experiences as you run 4–5 service calls daily and utilize professional equipment to clear drains.

You’ll diagnose drainage issues, engage in ongoing training, and enjoy benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401k with match, plus paid time off and company vehicles as role progresses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of drain cleaning or plumbing field experience required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical labor.
• Comfortable working in confined spaces and demanding environments.
• Willingness to complete background check and onboarding requirements.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Run an average of 4–5 residential service calls per day

Pay & Benefits

Compensation

• Earnings up to $100,000+ per year
• Overtime available after 40 hours
• Bi-weekly paychecks
• Great earning potential - commission and bonus opportunities available in addition to regular pay

Schedule

Typically Monday – Friday, with rotating weekend coverage and rotating on‑call responsibilities designed to support a healthy work‑life balance.
