Job summary

Four Seasons Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking an experienced Drain Technician in Elgin, IL. This position offers stability, growth, and pride in delivering great customer experiences as you run 4–5 service calls daily and utilize professional equipment to clear drains.

You’ll diagnose drainage issues, engage in ongoing training, and enjoy benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401k with match, plus paid time off and company vehicles as role progresses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of drain cleaning or plumbing field experience required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical labor.
• Comfortable working in confined spaces and demanding environments.
• Willingness to complete background check and onboarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Run an average of 4–5 residential service calls per day.
• Clear drains and sewer lines using professional equipment.
• Perform sewer camera inspections and locate blockages.
• Diagnose drainage issues and recommend repair solutions.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and operational excellence.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and team members.
• Participate in continuing training and skill development.
• Keep your company vehicle clean, organized, and professional.
