Job summary

Rostudios is looking for passionate individuals for the Rocycle Training Programme in New York. This immersive training lasts 2 to 4 weeks, developing instructors into exceptional leaders in rhythm-cycling classes.

Instructors will lead classes, fostering connections with participants, and maintain professionalism at all times. Qualifications

Rocycle Training Programme

We offer each instructor a 2 to 4‑week training program, designed to develop you into an exceptional rhythm‑cycling instructor. Training includes:

• Online learning modules completed at your own pace prior to the in‑studio sessions.
• In‑studio sessions 2–4 times per week, scheduled in structured morning or afternoon blocks on weekdays (08:00–12:00 or 13:00–18:00).
• A final community ride that determines successful completion of the training.

Training starts in mid‑May 2026.

Requirements

• Prior instructor experience and successful completion of the Rocycle training programme.
• Flexible schedule and availability to work outside standard business hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Teach a minimum of 6–8 classes per week, scheduled in two‑class blocks three to four days a week on a fixed schedule.
• No vacation longer than one week during training and the first three months after completion.
• Maintain the submitted availability for at least four months from hire.

Role Expectations

• Lead an energetic Rocycle class, guiding a room of 60+ participants with proper technique and cadence.
• Cultivate and maintain strong connections with riders and team members, representing the brand positively.
• Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy at all times: on time, teamwork, reliability.
• Maintain exceptional hospitality and inclusiveness in every interaction, inspiring others to uphold these values.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
