Job summary
Wilson & Company is seeking a Licensed Professional Land Surveyor to lead the Rocky Mountain Survey Practice in Denver. This leadership role focuses on maintaining and winning client work across public and private sectors while mentoring teams and delivering high‑quality surveying services across boundary, topographic, utility, transmission, and infrastructure projects.

Qualifications
- Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in Colorado or Utah.
- Minimum of 10 years of land surveying experience.
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to win and grow work across multiple clients.
- Strong communication, client relationship and project-financial oversight.
Responsibilities
- Lead survey teams across the Rocky Mountain Region.
- Mentor project managers, professional surveyors, and field staff.
- Manage client relationships and pursue new business opportunities.
- Oversee project performance, safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
- Provide technical oversight for boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, utility and infrastructure surveys.
