Job summary

FPACP Pasadena LLC is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to perform scheduled cleaning tasks across the community. You will vacuum, dust, wash surfaces, arrange furniture, and ensure resident spaces remain clean and welcoming.

You must read and communicate in English, work safely with cleaning chemicals, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. The role includes weekend/evening shifts as needed and offers competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively with residents, families, guests, and other associates in English.
• Ability to work safely with cleaning chemicals and be exposed to fumes, dust, and pet dander.
• Physically capable of standing, walking, reaching, bending, kneeling, crouching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize residences and contents, including vacuuming, dusting, kitchen and bath fixtures, and linen care.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of resident apartments and common areas.
• Coordinate delivery and return of resident laundry and keep cleaning carts stocked with supplies.
