Job summary

FPACP Webster LLC is seeking a Dietary Aide to assist with meal preparation, service, and cleanup in a healthcare setting. The role supports cooks, maintains sanitation, and follows safety rules. DailyPay access and a ROCKStar program are highlighted in the culture.

Ideal candidates read and speak English, hold a Food Handlers Certification, and demonstrate teamwork and reliability in a fast-paced post-acute care environment. Weekend/evening shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• Must have a ROCKSTAR attitude.
• Ability to read, write and speak the English language, communicate effectively and carry out verbal and/or written instructions.
• Food Handlers Certification required to be presented during orientation/before working in the kitchen.
• Experience working in a healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist cook with food preparation and delivery and/or collect and wash dishes/utensils, ensuring highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation, as determined by shift assignments.
• Properly handle chemicals and cleaning compounds using PPE and following safety guidelines.
• Maintain sanitary, safety and infection control procedures in all work areas.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks per sanitation policies, including sweeping and mopping.
• Promote positive customer service with residents, family members, guests and team members.
• Adhere to FPACP dress code and maintain regular attendance.
