Our clients are authors, entrepreneurs, and busy professionals who rely on our unique audiobook and podcast recording + distribution services. We guide them through the recording process, then take care of editing, mastering, and uploading to all major audiobook and podcast platforms.

A typical day might include:

• Editing recorded audio
• Performing quality control checks
• Managing and organizing audio files
• Running virtual recording sessions with clients

This is a fully remote position with a flexible schedule , as long as deadlines are met. Experience working remotely is a definite plus.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in an audio-focused role (remote or in-person)
• A proactive mindset — you're not afraid to take initiative!
• A sharp ear and stellar attention to detail
• Pro-level skills in at least one of the following DAWs: Logic Pro X, Pro Tools, Reaper, Audition, or Audacity — and you own a valid license for it
• Comfortable with Google Suite and file management tools
• Organized, self-sufficient, and resourceful

Bonus Points For:

• Familiarity with digital audio distribution platforms like Spotify and Audible
• Working knowledge of ACX submission guidelines
