Position Title: Food & Beverage Manager
Reports To: General Manager
Supervises: Food & Beverage Rocket City Staff
The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations within the Rocket City Family Fun Center, ensuring high-quality service, efficient operations, and customer satisfaction. This role involves managing staff, maintaining inventory, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and collaborating with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
Manage and direct staff according to resort policies and laws, including hiring, training, scheduling, performance reviews, and conflict resolution.
Must demonstrate IMGR&C Values (Accountability, Productivity, Acceptance, Communication, Hospitality, Enthusiasm). A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field, with at least 4 years of management experience in food and beverage operations, including 2 years of bar management, or equivalent experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software, strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for customer service are required.
Frequent standing, walking, use of hands, reaching, stooping, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Must be able to stand for long periods.
Loud environment, exposure to second-hand smoke, biohazards, and potentially hostile situations. High-stress environment may occur.
