Rock Row Crumbl Baker - Part Time or Full Time

Join our team as a Rock Row Crumbl Baker - Part Time or Full Time at Crumbl.

Earn between $14.65 and $21.65 per hour, including tips, with an average of $20 per hour. Full-time employees are eligible for two weeks of paid vacation, healthcare coverage, 50% off Crumbl products, one guaranteed weekend off, up to $1,000 in referral bonuses, 40 hours of paid sick leave, and 10% off online courses at Southern New Hampshire University.

Your Role as a Crumbl Crew Member

Greet customers, explain cookie options, take orders, handle payments, answer questions, and provide product information. Follow recipes, bake cookies, ensure food safety, fulfill delivery orders, and maintain cleanliness. Assist with restocking and cleaning tasks.

Ideal Candidate

Must have strong communication skills, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team. A friendly, customer-focused attitude, eagerness to learn, organization skills, and attention to safety are essential.

Minimum Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs
• Reliable transportation
• Minimum age 16

Availability on Fridays and Saturdays is required; accommodations for high school, college, or sports schedules are available.
