Crumbl is hiring a Closing Baker / Crew Member in a role that covers baking, guest service, and closing duties. You will bake our weekly lineup, help guests, and prepare the bakery for tomorrow's start. No prior baking experience is required; we’ll teach you the ropes.

Earn $20–$22 per hour including tips with afternoon and evening shifts; Friday and Saturday availability is required. This entry-level position offers full- and part-time opportunities and year-round scheduling.

The Schedule & Pay

• Earn $20–$22 per hour including tips, with team members averaging approximately $21 per hour. Tips vary.
• Afternoon and evening shifts, with availability to stay through closing duties.
• Friday and Saturday availability is required.
• Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available.
• Consistent, year-round availability is essential.

What You'll Do

You'll keep the cookies coming and help your team finish strong:

• Handle food preparation, dough mixing, and baking for our rotating weekly menu.
• Bring attention to detail to cookie decorating and packaging.
• Deliver friendly customer service, take orders, and process payments.
• Keep production moving through the evening rush.
• Follow food safety standards and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Complete closing duties, including washing dishes, cleaning equipment, and sanitizing workstations.
• Handle restocking and prepare supplies for the next morning.
• Use teamwork, communication, and time management to get the job done right.

What You Bring

This is an entry-level opportunity with no experience required-just a readiness to learn and work.
Applicants must be at least 16 years old, have reliable transportation home after closing, and be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. Scheduling for minors must comply with applicable work-hour restrictions.
