Job summary

Indigo Sky Casino in Wyandotte, OK is seeking a dependable, punctual dishwasher to maintain clean tableware and kitchen equipment. You will assist with food prep when needed, support co-workers, and help with bussing tables as required in a hot casino dining environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in a similar capacity is preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Obtain/maintain Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma gaming license.
• Obtain/maintain Food Handlers license.

Responsibilities

• Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans and cooking equipment.
• Load, run and unload dish machine.
• Keep dish machine clean and report any problems to the supervisor.
• Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware.
• Assist in food prep assignments when applicable.
• Be willing to help co-workers as situations arise.
• Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for dining room and kitchen.
• Break down all boxes and dispose of them in the designated area.
• Help in bussing of tables when necessary.
• Must maintain hand washing and take out the trash.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:1. Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans and cooking equipment. Maintain a clean, organized and safe workingstation. Communicate with co-workers at shift change. Assist with putting away deliveries, rotating andorganizing.2. Load, run and unload dish machine.3. Keep dish machine clean and report any functional and mechanical problems to the supervisor.4. Comply with food service policies and procedures.5. Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware.6. Assist in food prep assignments when applicable.7. Be willing and able to help co-workers as situations arise.8. Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for dining room and kitchen.9.
