Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience developing robotic welding procedures in an industrial environment.
• Proficient in industrial robotics including Yaskawa, ABB, Kuka, or Fanuc platforms.
• Background in fusion-based weld parameter development for carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.

Responsibilities

• Run weld parameter selection experiments to identify a range of welding parameters.
• Partner with robotics engineers to develop rules for automated trajectory generation.
• Perform robotic welding experiments to test other systems in development.
