Job summary

Urology practice in Central Texas seeks a physician to join an established team with immediate patient volume and strong referrals. Clinic next to hospital, on-site ambulatory surgery center, and multiple robotic platforms provide flexibility to tailor your practice to your interests.

Expect a 50/50 split of clinic and OR, with 20–25 clinic patients per day and supportive APP team. A 2-year guaranteed base gives way to an uncapped wRVU model, plus a $50,000 sign-on and generous relocation and

Qualifications

• Board-eligible or board-certified in Urology.
• Interest in comprehensive general urology.
• Robotic experience welcome but not required.
• Eligible for Texas medical license.

Responsibilities

• See immediate patient volume and established referral network.
• Split time between clinic and operating room with room to grow case volume.
• Oversee outreach days and collaborate with experienced APPs.
• Manage call load with additional pay for extra coverage.
