Job summary

Barbaricum is seeking a Trainer Maintenance Technician (TMT) / Field Service Representative (FSR) for the PdM RGCS CLS effort at Fort Leonard Wood, MO. You will train and repair fielded RGCS robotic systems, conduct QA, and support fielding and inventories.

The role requires a Secret clearance, 6+ years in maintenance/training of military equipment, and 2+ years as an instructor (FIFC/ABIC/ITC). Travel to CONUS/OCONUS sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain at least a Secret level security clearance.
• Six+ years of experience since 2000 in maintenance and training of fielded military equipment.
• At least two years as a certified military equipment instructor, with FIFC, ABIC, or ITC.

Responsibilities

• Conduct OPNET and FLMNET new equipment training for Government personnel at CONUS/OCONUS locations per POI/TSP.
• Prepare and deliver briefings, and submit trip reports and estimates; compile CDRL inputs.
• Perform troubleshooting, fault isolation and repair of fielded robotic systems during de-processing events.
• QA checks on new or repaired systems using government checklists at TPF events.
• Fielding and inventory support; prepare fielding documentation and conduct joint inventories.
• Act as SME for U.S. Army ground robotic efforts; attend meetings and advise on manuals and fielding plans.
• Be prepared to travel or deploy to CONUS and OCONUS locations as necessary.
