  • Expand Automated Testing Coverage to 80% for core systems within six months, decreasing manual testing time and enhancing efficiency.
  • Accelerate Root-Cause Analysis by 30%, streamlining diagnostics and driving faster product improvements.
  • Enhance Manufacturing Quality by collaborating with production teams to reduce defect rates and improve scalability.
  • Reduce Flight Hours-to-Issue Ratio by 40%, minimizing field failures and maximizing reliability.
  • Design & Execute Comprehensive Test Plans for both hardware and software validation, including automated and manual test procedures tailored to robotic systems.
  • Coordinate System Integration & Validation, working closely with design and development teams to ensure seamless feature integration through rigorous lab and field testing.
  • Analyze & Interpret Test Results, identifying performance trends, diagnosing failures, and providing actionable insights for product iteration.
  • Develop Automated Test Suites & Data Collection Tools to enhance real-time monitoring, diagnostics, and predictive maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot & Resolve Technical Issues, collaborating with engineers to diagnose problems, implement corrective measures, and validate their effectiveness.
  • Report on Key Testing Metrics, communicating findings and driving continuous improvements across hardware and software platforms.
  • Document & Improve Testing Processes, maintaining clear records of testing procedures, configurations, and results while proposing enhancements to methodologies and product designs.
