Job summary

Anduril Industries in Boston, MA seeks an engineer for the Robotics Data Foundation team to build cloud systems handling vehicle telemetry from onboard to cloud. You will design ingestion pipelines, storage, and tooling to make data discoverable and analyzable across fleets.

You will normalise diverse data sources, support large-scale batch ingestion and low-latency streaming, and enable edge-compatible cloud-native solutions for offline environments.

Qualifications

• Experience with modern lakehouse architectures (Iceberg, Delta Lake).
• Proficient in Python, Java, Rust, or Go for backend/data pipelines.
• Experience building cloud data systems with Docker/Kubernetes and GitOps.
• U.S. Person status required for export-controlled data.

Responsibilities

• Design and build Anduril-wide cloud ingestion pipelines and storage for telemetry data.
• Normalize data across controllers, vehicle systems, and sensors for analysis tools.
• Develop scalable streaming and batch data infrastructure for high throughput telemetry.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver live telemetry and offline data access.
