Qualifications

Associate's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
2+ years of experience with industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB) in a manufacturing setting.
Proficient in reading electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.
Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical, mechanical, and software issues.
Experience with PLC programming and ladder logic (Siemens, Allen-Bradley).
Ability to perform preventative maintenance and calibration on robotic systems.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of robotic systems.
Install, configure, and test new robotic equipment and peripheral devices.
Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and software issues in robotic cells.
Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for manufacturing robots.
Collaborate with engineers to optimize robot performance and integrate new applications.
Document maintenance activities, repairs, and system modifications accurately.
Provide technical support and training to production operators on robotic systems.
