Job summary

You will design, implement, and facilitate engaging activities that support academic growth, creativity, and social-emotional development while aligning with DYCD, DOH, and DOE guidelines.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Education, Youth Development, or a related field.
• Experience designing and facilitating structured activities for K–8 students in multiple domains.
• Knowledge of youth development, SEL, and trauma-informed approaches.
• Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and maintain professionalism.
• CPR/First Aid certification and OCFS/DYCD training compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise participants in a safe, inclusive environment.
• Design and deliver structured activities across Arts, STEM, Literacy, and Recreation.
• Promote youth development, social-emotional learning, and project-based showcases.
• Participate in mandatory trainings and ongoing professional development.
