Job summary

Strativ Group in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a Robotics Engineer to advance real-time control software and fleet deployment across hardware and software stacks. You will work on low-level controls, firmware, locomotion, and manipulation for next-generation robots.

Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and tuning core robotics software, bringing up software and hardware on new robot generations, building simulation infrastructure, and validating behaviors in physics-based environments.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 4+ years of professional experience in robotics development.
• Strong proficiency in C++ and real-time programming.

Responsibilities

• As a Robotics Engineer you will work across the full stack from low-level controls and firmware to locomotion behaviors, manipulation, and fleet deployment.
• Design, implement, and tune core robotics software.
• Bring up software and hardware on new robot generations.
• Develop and maintain real-time control software in C++.
• Build simulation infrastructure and validate behaviors in physics-based environments.
