Mujin is seeking a Robotics Software Engineer II/III - Product (Low Level Systems Software) to design, develop, and deploy robot software using C++/Python in industrial automation settings. You will work with arms, AGVs, and perception modules to deliver reliable, high-performance control systems across production and distribution environments.

Qualifications

• Requires a Master’s degree or Bachelor’s with 2+ years in Robotics or Systems Software.
• 5+ years of industry-related experience in robotics or systems software.
• Solid understanding of linear algebra and 3D geometry used in robotics.
• Advanced knowledge of networking, async I/O, and Linux development.
• Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize robotic system software using C++/Python.
• Implement algorithms for manipulation tasks such as picking and material handling.
• Develop real-time communication modules with robot controllers and peripherals.
• Create modular tests and CI/CD pipelines for evolving software in R&D.
• Build high-performance, concurrent software and maintain deployed systems.
• Support customer site configurations to meet project requirements.
