Job summary

LILT is seeking experienced robotics professionals to join a cutting-edge AI benchmarking project focused on target language scenarios. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will create and review real-world natural sciences tasks aligned with locale-specific practices.

You will develop scoring rubrics, review submissions for accuracy and regulatory alignment, and provide expert feedback to produce gold-standard solutions while maintaining strict attention to detail and quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Robotics (e.g. mechanical engineering, software development, robotics engineer, AI and Machine Learning)
• Native in the target language with strong professional English proficiency
• Strong knowledge of target local frameworks
• Ability to write and evaluate professional-grade natural sciences content in the target language with high attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create realistic, domain-specific tasks in the target language reflecting local natural sciences practices
• Adapt and apply clear scoring rubrics to evaluate AI-generated and human responses
• Review and score submissions for accuracy, regulatory alignment, and professional quality
• Provide expert feedback and contribute to high-quality “gold standard” solutions
