Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Physics, CS, Applied Math, or Engineering.
• Experience with high-fidelity physics engines or constraint-based systems.
• Knowledge of mechanics, contact modeling, integrators.
• CUDA and GPU optimization expertise.
• C++ and Python proficiency for production data/ML pipelines.
• Familiarity with ML frameworks and simulation outputs.
• Understanding of dataset realism and variance in synthetic data.
• Publications or open-source contributions in related areas.

Responsibilities

• Improve and develop high-fidelity physics solvers and numerical models for complex interactions.
• Design simulation environments and domain randomization to create useful training data.
• Scale environment variations and multi-agent dynamics across billions of simulation steps.
• Profile and optimize simulation at scale, reducing latency and memory usage on multi-GPU systems.
• Help shape Collinear AI's roadmap for differentiable simulation and synthetic data engines.
