• GPA of 3.0 or above; transcript may be requested.
• Ability to work onsite at Smyrna, TN.
• Interest in manufacturing automation and robotics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of Sealer Robotic Applications within manufacturing operations.
• Assist with identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and reliability.
• Support robotic trials, testing activities, and process evaluations.
• Track trial results and create detailed reports with findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and production teams to troubleshoot issues and support continuous improvement.
