Job summary

Google DeepMind in Mountain View is seeking a Director of Product Management for Robotics to lead the robotics product strategy and end-to-end roadmap. You will collaborate with Robotics Research and Model teams to deliver AI-enabled robotic systems and drive ecosystem partnerships.

The role requires a graduate/masters in robotics or CS, 10+ years in product management including leadership, and a strong track record of launching technically advanced products.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Robotics or Customer Science; Bachelor's in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics or related field; Masters in Robotics or CS.
• 10+ years in product management, with 5+ years in AI/Foundation models, robotics or technical hardware/software products.
• At least 5 years of management experience, including senior PMs.

Responsibilities

• Define and evangelize the long-term product vision and strategy for robotics portfolio.
• Own end-to-end product roadmap for robotics; prioritize features and new product introductions.
• Lead AI integration of Gemini models into robotic systems for autonomy and user interaction.
• Build partnerships to expand the robotics ecosystem and capabilities.
• Identify unmet needs and emerging trends in the robotics space.
• Collaborate with Research, Program Management and Marketing for launches.
• Define and track product metrics to inform decisions.
