• Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Green Card holder.
• 5 years of procurement or related experience.
• On-site work in Austin, TX.

Responsibilities

• Source, quote, and purchase parts, materials, tools, and shop supplies.
• Communicate with vendors to confirm pricing, lead times, orders, and delivery dates.
• Create and track purchase orders and follow up on delays or issues.
• Maintain organized inventory and stock levels.
• Coordinate with engineering and production teams to understand purchasing needs.
• Evaluate vendor options for price, lead time, and quality.
• Receive, label, and document incoming materials.
• Support general operations tasks on the shop floor.
• Improve purchasing, inventory, and vendor management processes as the company grows.
