Qualifications

• Familiar with troubleshooting of robotic equipment.
• Mechanical inclined with strong aptitude for repairs.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical prints.
• Welding and fabrication skills required.
• Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Familiarity with PLC systems (Allen Bradley, PLC5).
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Competent with operating, troubleshooting and adjustment of robotic equipment.
• Evaluate performance of presses regarding electrical integration with feeder and components.
• Service, repair and maintain all equipment including preventative maintenance on equipment and electrical cabinets.
• Familiar with Continuous Improvement concepts and processes.
• Troubleshooting experience, including investigations during production runs.
