Job summary

Bosch USA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Florence, KY operations. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems while supporting manufacturing through equipment reliability and PLC programming.

This is a direct-hire opportunity with Second & Third shift options. You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose issues with sensors and drives, and collaborate with engineering to improve system reliability.

Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent experience in industrial maintenance or mechatronics.
Experience diagnosing and repairing electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints; familiarity with PLCs and robotics.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
Perform preventative maintenance including inspections, lubrication, and cleaning.
Maintain performance and precision of robotic and automated systems.
Diagnose issues with sensors, actuators, drives, and control systems.
Operate machine shop tools as needed and use diagnostic equipment to resolve issues.
Support PLC programming updates and system improvements.
Read blueprints and technical docs to support repairs and installations.
Document maintenance activities and monitor equipment performance.
Collaborate with engineering and operations to improve reliability and efficiency.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment per safety standards.
