Job summary

Lumicity is partnering with a hypergrowth robotics company to recruit an R&D Operator to support testing and development of robotics technology.

You'll operate equipment, collect high-quality data, and relay feedback to engineering teams while standing for most of the shift in a hands-on, detail-focused role in Phoenix.

Lumicity is a specialized recruitment partner connecting with innovative technology companies with top talent. We are currently working with a hypergrowth Robotics company that is shaping the future.

The Role

We are seeking for R&D Operators to support the testing and development of Robotics Technology. This role involves operating equipment, collecting high-quality data, and providing feedback to the engineering teams.

The role requires individuals to perform daily tasks using specialized robotic devices.

A combination of physical capability and dexterity to operate the devices by hand throughout a multi-hour shift, as well as exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for new technologies.

Duration

• 3 months contract with the possibility of extension
• Hourly Pay: $23/hour
• Shifts: 8 hours paid with two 15-minute paid breaks, and 0.5-hour unpaid lunch.
• Available shifts: 8 AM – 4:30 PM, 4 PM – 12:30 AM,12 AM - 8:30 AM.

Requirements

• Reliable mode of transport to get to the office as well as off-site locations around Phoenix / Surrounding areas
• Able to stand for most of the 8-hour shift
