Insight Global is seeking a Robotics Operations Specialist to support day-to-day operations of autonomous robotic systems in a manufacturing environment. This hands-on role centers on monitoring robots, observing performance, and reporting issues, while serving as the on-site representative for the team.

The position does not involve coding or engineering design and is ideal for individuals who enjoy practical problem-solving and customer-facing technology support rather than software

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, operations, logistics, customer service, or similar environment preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor autonomous robotic systems during daily site operations.
• Observe robot performance and report system behaviors, issues, or abnormalities to the Robotics team.
• Perform basic troubleshooting, including restarting equipment or reconnecting systems when appropriate.
• Escalate issues promptly and help minimize operational disruptions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of robot performance and incidents.
• Follow all site safety requirements and operational procedures.
