Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing for robotics, ML, or data infra roles is a strong plus.
• Proven track record of engaging and closing passive, senior technical candidates.
• Genuine curiosity about robotics, ML, and infrastructure to converse credibly with engineers.
• Excellent written communication; craft outreach that elicits replies.
• Strong organizational skills for pipelines, data, and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Build and run sourcing strategies for technical roles across robotics, infrastructure, and product engineering.
• Proactively identify, engage, and build relationships with passive candidates through diverse channels.
• Partner with hiring managers and founders to translate role requirements into precise sourcing criteria.
• Write and iterate outreach messaging to stand out to senior engineers.
• Manage and improve the top-of-funnel pipeline; track metrics and channel effectiveness.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure a fast, high-quality candidate experience.
• Help build sourcing process, tooling, and market maps as the team grows.
