Job summary

Scale AI in San Francisco is seeking a Machine Learning Solutions Engineer to lead initiatives bridging AI and robotics. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Product and Sales to drive customer success and develop impactful solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess a PhD in Robotics, with extensive development experience in Python and C++. You will be developing relationships with key clients to promote our cutting-edge robotics technology and solutions.

A competitive compensation package includes a base salary of $180,000 - $225,000, equity, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience developing with Python, C++, Java, and/or other scripting languages.
• Exceptional project management and interpersonal skills.
• A strong track record of deploying VLAs to production.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Scale Account Executives to deliver new customer pilots.
• Work with Product Engineering to influence product roadmap.
• Become a domain expert in next-generation Robotics and physical AI.
