Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield’s industrial/warehousing arm is hiring a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to support the Operations Maintenance Team. The role fixes and maintains material handling equipment and automated packaging systems across the facility.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of MHE/automation maintenance, experience with electrical schematics, and proficiency in CMMS and MS Office tools. A safety‑first culture and opportunities for development are highlighted in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years repairing material handling equipment or automated conveyors.
• 2+ years preventive/predictive maintenance experience.
• 1+ year reading electrical schematics and diagrams.
• Experience with CMMS and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on material handling equipment and pneumatic systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues on conveyors and related gear.
• Document work orders with labor hours and parts used.
• Mentor junior technicians and support Operations team.
