Qualifications

• Experience with 3D CAD software for designing complex geometry
• Background in designing, building, and testing mechanical prototypes
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on hardware experience
• Ability to write and maintain clean documentation
• Passion for robotics and hardware development

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and test prototype mechanical fixtures to validate robot hardware
• Develop drivelines and test stands for actuator integration and validation
• Support electromechanical integration with sensors and motors
• Generate accurate 2D drawings using GD&T per ASME Y14.5
• Collaborate with mechanical engineering and systems integration teams on hands‑on testing
