• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on hardware experience.
• Ability to write and maintain clean design documentation.
• Passion for robotics and hardware development.
• Experience with CATIA V6 is a bonus.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and first article inspection.
• Exposure to sensors, motors, or electromechanical systems.
• Experience with FEA, simulation tools, or basic programming (Python, MATLAB).

Aufgaben

• Design, build, and test prototype mechanical fixtures to validate robot hardware.
• Develop drivelines and test stands for actuator integration and validation.
• Support electromechanical integration with components such as sensors and motors.
• Generate accurate 2D drawings using GD&T per ASME Y14.5 to ensure tolerances.
• Collaborate with mechanical engineering and systems integration teams on hands-on testing.
