Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Computer/Electrical/Robotics).
• 5+ years leading complex electromechanical test development for automated manufacturing.
• Proven technical leadership and people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing test software/hardware deployment for PCBA, actuators, cables, and full robot systems.
• Develop scalable, modular test frameworks used across stations and product lines.
• Deliver automated functional tests, hardware validation tools, and diagnostics for manufacturing.
• Define APIs/interfaces between test software and hardware systems.
• Ensure reliability, maintainability, and deployment consistency across manufacturing environments.
