Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline such as Mechanical, Industrial, Biomedical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Robotics.
• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Experience with regulated manufacturing environments.
• Experience in complex mechanical/electromechanical assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct manufacturing engineering support to production operations and troubleshoot process issues.
• Lead root-cause investigations and drive timely corrective actions.
• Execute IQ/OQ/PQ and equipment qualification activities per quality system.
• Analyze manufacturing data to improve process capability and cost performance.
• Collaborate with Quality, R&D, and Supply Chain on manufacturability and new product introductions.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation including SOPs and control plans.
