Job summary

Navflex in Colorado is seeking a Technical Project Manager to drive planning and execution of complex projects spanning customers, partners, suppliers, and internal product development. You will manage 3–5 concurrent deployments with clear plans, milestones, and ownership.

The ideal candidate combines solid PM fundamentals with structured problem-solving and continuous improvement, works on-site in Broomfield, and is willing to travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
• 4+ years of project or program management experience, preferably involving technical products, industrial systems, or complex operations.
• Experience coordinating across Engineering, Product, Operations, Supply Chain, and/or Field teams.
• Ability to work primarily on-site in Broomfield, Colorado and travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Manage 3–5 concurrent projects, including deployments and partner initiatives.
• Build and maintain project plans covering scope, schedule, milestones, dependencies, resources, risks, and acceptance criteria.
• Translate complex technical programs into clear deliverables and owners.
• Lead recurring project reviews across cross-functional teams.
• Track actions and escalate blockers to prevent schedule issues.
• Coordinate suppliers and external partners to Navflex requirements and schedules.
• Provide clear project reporting on progress, risks, blockers, upcoming milestones, and decisions required.
• Travel to customer, supplier, partner, and Navflex locations as required.
