Job summary

Meta is seeking a Logistics Program Manager on a 12-month contract to support our Robotics program in California. The role focuses on end-to-end PO execution, coordinating across Procurement, vendors, and Logistics Operations to ensure on-time material delivery.

The position requires 5+ years in logistics or supply chain, experience with hardware or manufacturing settings, and the ability to develop dashboards, manage risks, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in logistics, supply chain, or operations management.
• Experience with end-to-end PO management and procurement workflows.
• Experience in hardware, robotics, or manufacturing logistics.
• Familiarity with import/export for hardware components.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own and track purchase orders from creation through delivery.
• Coordinate between Procurement, vendors, and Logistics Operations.
• Monitor vendor performance and escalate issues.
• Identify and implement PO-to-delivery process improvements.
• Lead logistics projects such as supplier onboarding and routing optimization.
• Maintain dashboards and provide status updates on PO health and milestones.
• Develop contingency plans to mitigate supply chain disruptions.
