Field AI in Irvine, CA is seeking a Supply Chain Manager for robotics hardware to secure uninterrupted material flow from design through production. You will lead procurement, supplier performance, and inventory optimization while aligning with NPI and production schedules.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in hardware procurement with MRP/ERP experience, strong cost modeling, and proven cross-functional collaboration across engineering, finance, and legal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years hands-on procurement or supply chain experience.
• Experience with hardware procurement and supplier management.
• Strong understanding of MRP/ERP and forecasting.
• Experience negotiating with vendors and contract manufacturers.
• Familiarity with asset tracking and chain-of-custody systems.
• Certifications such as APICS/ASCM CPSM are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Supply Continuity & Material Planning: determine quantities, negotiate pricing, align with forecasts and production plans.
• Production & Demand Fulfillment: ensure payloads and systems meet downstream demand.
• Asset Management: track ownership and locations; manage barcoding and custody systems.
