Job summary

Service Robot Co. in Lancaster, PA, is seeking field service technicians to visit customer sites, install, maintain and repair commercial robots on a contract, pay-per-work-order basis.

You will work on site with remote specialist support and complete documentation of each visit; training is provided through our academy, and first job is paid. Applicants should have practical experience fixing or maintaining equipment, with a focus on reliability, clear communication, and accurate records;

Qualifications

• Practical experience fixing or maintaining equipment or similar field service backgrounds.
• Reliability, clear communication, and accurate job records.
• Willingness to ask for help and report mistakes.
• Ability to drive to customer sites and lift up to 50 lbs, in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install robots and check that they work correctly.
• Find and fix mechanical, electrical, and software problems.
• Carry out scheduled maintenance.
• Explain the problem and the repair to the customer.
• Record each visit with photos, notes, and customer sign-off.
• Keep tools and spare parts ready.
• Follow site and equipment safety procedures.
