Job summary

Path Robotics seeks a Field Installation Supervisor to lead end-to-end robotic welding system installations at customer sites in North America. You will direct a Path field crew, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure work meets Path quality standards.

This is a hands‑on leadership role with 60–70% travel. You will oversee safety, plan installs, and drive improvements to install packages and site execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years installing industrial equipment or automation systems in the field, with leadership experience on customer sites.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical installation, electrical power, device integration, and safety systems.
• Able to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics, and work from site plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end installation at customer sites, including rigging, alignment, and wiring.
• Supervise and develop field deployment crew; assign work and verify workmanship.
• Coordinate subcontractors: scope review, scheduling, and quality acceptance.
• Lead site safety activities: JHAs, LOTO, permit-to-work processes.
• Plan installs, review site readiness, and flag gaps to stakeholders early.
• Ensure install quality against drawings and checklists; document as-builts.
• Drive process improvement with standard work, checklists, and playbooks.
• Communicate daily progress to Path and customers; manage expectations.
