Job summary
Figureai is seeking a Commercial Launch Service Technician to join their innovative team in San Jose, California. This full-time position demands technical expertise to troubleshoot and repair humanoid robots at deployment sites. You will ensure that both the robots and their supporting hardware are operational and optimized for customers.
The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience with complex systems, and be familiar with various computer and electrical diagnostic tools. This role includes extensive travel, up to 75%, to customer locations.
The US base salary range for this position is between $35 - $65 per hour.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience working with complex systems.
- Proficient in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and software-based issues.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Set up humanoid robots and supporting site infrastructure.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
- Maintain records of all maintenance and repairs.
- Heavy travel to customer sites, up to 75%.
