Dexterity, Inc. is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to lead robotic deployments at customer sites in Redwood City, CA. This role demands hands-on work with robotic systems, ensuring successful project delivery while troubleshooting and resolving field challenges. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and proficiency in Python or C++. The position offers a base salary range between $130k – $170k and a comprehensive benefits package including flexible PTO.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a SaaS, DevOps, or Site Reliability role handling customer-facing production systems.
• Comfortable working extended hours, on-site or on-call rotations for high-severity incidents.

Responsibilities

• Drive System Performance Improvement in the Field.
• Diagnose & Resolve Incidents.
• Proactive Monitoring.
• Field Presence during go-live and upgrades.
• Write SOPs and runbooks.
• Own and execute NPI software commissioning.
