The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hardware engineering, quality control, failure analysis, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead robotics deployment operations and post-deployment field service process.
• Conduct quality control failure analysis and root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues.
• Design and implement solutions to improve product quality and reliability.
• Utilize data analytics skills and reporting tools to analyze and visualize findings, including statistical analysis, failure Pareto, issue prioritization, and fix schedule estimation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation to support product sustaining and operations.
  
  

Essential Skills

• 5 years of industry experience in product quality control, product sustaining, field operations, product failure analysis, and continuous improvements.
• Strong hardware engineering background, including mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, sensors, motors, and other relevant technologies.
• Proven experience in hardware troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and solution development.
• Excellent data analytics skills, including statistical analysis, data visualization, and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Pay and Benefits
