Job summary

Teradyne Robotics in Wixom, MI is seeking electro-mechanical assemblers to join the production team at our new Universal Robots manufacturing site. You will assemble robotic systems and subassemblies, install mechanical and electrical components, and prepare units for shipment to customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing, assembly, or industrial production.
• Familiarity with mechanical and electrical components and subassemblies.
• Able to read and follow work instructions and technical drawings.
• Experience with functional testing is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble robotic systems and subassemblies per work instructions.
• Install mechanical and electrical components.
• Perform functional testing and inspections.
• Identify quality issues and support troubleshooting.
• Record production data in the ERP system.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Participate in Lean and continuous improvement activities.
